













Sarah had been passed over for promotion twice before she came into my program. She was a top performer by every objective measure. But after going through the Break the Ceiling program and shifting her focus from doing more to communicating her impact and increasing her visibility with senior leadership, within 10 weeks she was being invited into strategic conversations she had never been included in before. By the end of the 90 days, she had been promoted into a senior leadership role with a significant increase in compensation and influence.
